Trikids Triathlon (ages 12-15)

The TriKids race (ages 12-15) will start on Sunday, September 5, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at the Union Nautique.

Race numbers can be collected at the Espace Lac in Gérardmer from Friday, September 4, at 2:00 p.m.

Distances: 300m swim – 4km bike – 1.5km run.
Event open to children born between 2011 and 2014.
Those who are not licensed triathletes must provide a medical certificate.
Race numbers can only be collected by the athlete themselves, upon presentation of ID and any missing documents (medical certificate or sports license).
Limited number of places available.

SWIMMING

Start at 10:30 a.m. in a single wave at Union Nautique
300m in the clear waters of Lake Gérardmer
Wetsuits are permitted if the water temperature is below 24.6°C
Training in the lake is only permitted along the shore

BIKE

A 4 km loop through the city
Safety: Bike route completely closed to traffic

RUNNING

1 loop along the lake

AWARDS

The podium for each age category will be awarded on Sunday, September 5 at 12:00 p.m.
