Transfers / Cancellations
If you are unable to participate in the 2026 Gérardmer Triathlon, there are several options for canceling and/or transferring your race number.
The conditions vary depending on:
Whether you have purchased the Cancellation Package Whether you have not purchased the Cancellation Package The date on which you wish to cancel or transfer your race number.
XL Triathlon
Cancellation possible until August 6, 2026.
Cancellations must be made online. Our cancellation policy and refund terms and conditions can be found here.
The cancellation and transfer procedures are explained there.
No proof required. Refund for triathlon license holders: €110. Refund for non-triathlon license holders: €125.
Race numbers may be transferred to another athlete until August 20, 2026.
After this date, the registration is no longer transferable to another athlete. The registration is not transferable to the following edition. Log in to your NJUKO registration form using the link received in your registration confirmation and select “Transfer my registration” then enter the email address of the transferee. No refunds will be given. The transferee pays the athlete directly. Transfer fees are the responsibility of the transferee. Triathlon XL bib transfer: €20.

Olympic Distance Triathlon
Cancellation possible until August 6, 2026.
Cancellations must be made online. Our cancellation policy and refund terms and conditions can be found here.
The cancellation and transfer procedures are explained there.
No proof required. Refund for triathlon license holders: €50. Refund for non-triathlon license holders: €60.
Race numbers may be transferred to another athlete until August 20, 2026.
After this date, the registration is no longer transferable to another athlete.
The registration is not transferable to the following edition. Log in to your NJUKO registration form using the link received in your registration confirmation and select “Transfer my registration” then enter the email address of the transferee. No refunds will be given. The transferee pays the athlete directly. Transfer fees are the responsibility of the transferee. Olympic Distance Triathlon bib transfer: €15.

Discovery Triathlon
Cancellation possible until August 6, 2026.

No proof required. Refund for triathlon license holders: €25. Refund for non-triathlon license holders: €31.
Race numbers may be transferred to another athlete until August 20, 2026.
After this date, the registration is no longer transferable to another athlete. The registration is not transferable to the following edition. Log in to your NJUKO registration form using the link received in your registration confirmation and select “Transfer my registration” then enter the email address of the transferee. No refunds will be given. The transferee pays the athlete directly. Transfer fees are payable by the transferee. Discovery Triathlon bib transfer: €10.

TriKids & Mini-TriKids Triathlon
Cancellation possible until August 6, 2026.

No proof required. Refund for triathlon license holders: €8. Refund for non-triathlon license holders: €11.
Race numbers may be transferred to another athlete until August 20, 2026.
After this date, registration is no longer transferable to another athlete. Registration is not transferable to the following edition. Log in to your NJUKO registration form using the link received in your registration confirmation and select “Transfer my registration,” then enter the email address of the transferee. No refunds will be given. The transferee pays the athlete directly. Transfer fees are payable by the transferee. TiKids/Mini-TriKids bib transfer: €5.

Cancellation Package
The cancellation package must be purchased at the time of registration.
It allows you to receive a full refund of your registration fee until August 30, 2026, and to transfer your race number to the athlete of your choice at the registration rate.
